Disputes often arise between parents as to the best arrangements for children on relationship breakdown.  We are able to assist on those occasion with advice in relation to arrangements for children.  In the unfortunate situation that this cannot be agreed, then we are able to advise with regard to application to Court, although we advise that matters should be dealt with by agreement if at all possible.
