Nichols & Nichols is a firm which was established in September 2006 and is based in modern offices in Oxted,
Surrey. The firm is run by the two Partners, Mother and Daughter, Barbara and Zoe Nichols.
The Practice is
a High Street Practice specializing in the following areas of Law:
Family Law, to
include Divorce, Financial matters, Children Act matters to include Contact and Residence applications, Cohabitation disputes
and Separation agreements.
Conveyancing, Sale, Purchase, Property Transfers and remortgages.
Employment Law, to include compromise agreements.
Litigation,
to include general litigation, contract disputes and debt collection. We are also happy to meet company representatives to
discuss specific litigation requirements.
Private client, namely Will drafting and Probate.
A fixed fee initial interview is offered in Family and Litigation matters.
